Frosty iris seed pods – October in Fairbanks
It got down to about 22 degrees F this morning. I went out and took a few photos in my front yard. These are wild iris (Iris setosa) seed pods next to the pool next to the juniper bushes. The frost gives the seed pods such a lovely texture.
