Bohemian Waxwings at Clay Street Cemetery – December 2013
I was wading through the snow at Clay Street Cemetery a few days ago taking pictures and spied a small grouping of Bohemian Waxwings (Bombycilla garrulus) in a chokecherry tree there.
They are a common sight here in Fairbanks during the winter. The photos were taken in the weak morning light on one of the shortest days of the year.
